I understand about the fingering (A LITTLE bit) on the guitar. There are Fretts to indicate WHERE to make the different chords. But, How do you know WHERE to do the "Fingering" on a Fiddle?

Hi Greg- there are no frets on the violin, so it is much harder to remember the tiny differences between pitches. Violinists rely mostly on muscle memory, which requires a LOT of practice. ;-)
