What books/method would you suggest for an adult who wants to learn to play violin? And what tips do you have?
Hi! We all started violin using the Suzuki method, which I think is great for both Classical violin and fiddle technique, since you learn by ear and by sight as well, but it is very strict and gentle at the same time. I used Suzuki to start, and now I teach with Suzuki, so I highly recommend it!
I listen to Pandora and would love to hear you on this source. Is this a possibility in the future? The Gothard Sisters responded on 11/12/2011 Next question
Since you love Classical music, give Trans-Siberian Orchestra a try. Great live shows. They fuse Classical/Christmas/and rock music together. 3 holiday and 2 non-holiday CD's. Shawn & Dora. The Gothard Sisters responded on 11/12/2011
